However, there should be no friction on the side of the sprocket teeth. If the offset of the two wheels is too large, it is easy to cause derailment and accelerated wear. When replacing the sprocket, it is necessary to pay attention to checking and adjusting the offset. After the sprocket is severely worn, the new sprocket and the new sprocket should be replaced at the same time to ensure good meshing. Do not replace the new sprocket or the new sprocket alone. Otherwise, it will cause poor meshing and accelerate the wear of the new sprocket or the new sprocket. The old sprocket cannot be mixed with some new sprockets, otherwise it is easy to produce impact in the transmission and break the sprocket. When the machine is stored for a long time, the sprocket should be removed and cleaned with kerosene or diesel, and then coated with engine oil or butter and stored in a dry place. First, find out the part with large offset error, so first measure which side the coupling is offset to, that is, measure the horizontality and coaxiality of the main shaft and the horizontality and coaxiality of the reducer main shaft, and re-level and align according to the quality standard to eliminate the fault. The reasons for the wear of the gears of the coupling of the lifting accessories are basically similar. In addition to the normal force, the connecting bolts are also subjected to additional bending moments, which causes them to break. For example, this kind of fault has been found before. The hoist is a JK-2.5/11.5 single-rope winding hoist. At that time, the concentricity deviation of the coupling was measured to be 2n, and the reducer side was low, causing the coupling of the lifting accessories to fail to work. The axial displacement of the inner gear ring exceeded the tooth width. After surveying and calculation, the reducer should be re-aligned according to the quality standard. After adjustment, it operates normally and the fault is eliminated. In addition, the horizontality and concentricity errors of the two shafts are large, causing the coupling to rotate unsteadily.
